"For the better part of one year Amie Harwick has been my trainer. My goals were to learn how to eat healthy, tone up and have a positive attitude. I have achieved this through Amie's hard work. She told me about healthy food alternatives rather than indulging in today's fast food lifestyle. She put together a program tailor made to address my needs such as working on upper body strength so that lifting a grocery bag would not be a strain or a chore. I have also made strides in my endurance to a cardio workout. With Amie's encouragement I went from struggling to complete one lap to running a mile a big achievement for me. Amie taught that cardiovascular exercise relieves stress and can even elevates mood. I am satisfied with the result of my program, which could not have been possible with Amie's expertise ."

"I not only really enjoyed working with you, but I know had it not been for you I would still be in the same condition/shape that I was in prior to training with you.
My goals were to drop a dress size, gain endurance and strength, and also to learn to work out correctly on my own. I feel I achieved all these goals. A huge reason I was able to accomplish this is because you were able to "read me" and train me accordingly. It is apparent that you keep on top of any information that you feel will enhance my training.

"My main goals were to become more tone, more fit, and loose wieght. I met these goals through training by making sure that i got to the gym at least 4 times a week and doing my cardio everytime i went. I learned wich body parts to target on my upper body parts one day and wich body parts to target on my lower body parts the next day. In my oipinion Amie Nicole is a wonderful trainer she knows exactly how to work your body to your target heart rate at all times. She is also a great pusher for example whenever i felt like i was too weak to do one more set of sit ups or lungs she always pushed me on which really help in my traing."

"Amie is a very energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating person. During my workouts, Amie taught me alot about fitness and nutrition. She listened to me patiently and answered my questions. You must know how important this was to me as most trainers just "go through the motions". Amie always smiled and had a postive attitude; this helped me feel positive during my workouts which is a feat in itself! She was patient and courteous and went above and beyond my expectations of what a personal trainer does. I am aware that the fitness industry focuses on results , meaning the buildup of muscle and elimination of fat. That is not all that is important. What is also important is the impression that one leaves behind after working with you. Getting in shape and losting unwanted weight is ultimately my responsibility. But, I feel that I have a good foundation and the nessessary confidence to follow through based on Amie's dedication.
